Terms and Conditions

Due to the outdoor environment of the venue, guests must protect themselves and prepare anti-mosquito and insect prevention measures!!

Participants must carefully read the venue rules before confirming the booking. Once the booking is successful, it will be deemed that they have clearly read and agreed to the relevant venue rules.

  1. All paid fees are non-refundable and cannot be changed in purpose.
  2. Pet camper vans, camping house experiences, and tent camping activities welcome pets weighing 20 kg or less, with gentle temperament and no diseases. Maximum 2 pets per vehicle. Each pet costs $100. If bringing pets, must apply in advance.
  3. For guests bringing pets, please proactively clean up the pet's excrement. If a pet owner is found deliberately not handling it, Long.Home will charge HKD$500 as a cleaning fee. If any accident occurs with the pet in the venue, Long.Home will not bear any responsibility.
  4. Pets of guests must wear a collar and leash when in the guest activity areas. They cannot be allowed to roam freely to avoid conflicts with other animals or getting lost.
  5. Pets can sleep on the floor of tents and camper vans. Owners must provide their own pet sleeping mats.
  6. Owners please be self-disciplined. Do not let pets urinate or defecate anywhere or dirty the tents and camper vans inside, or dig holes in our grassland. Pets must urinate and defecate in outdoor areas, and owners must clean them up.
  7. As this campsite is located in the suburban area of New Territories, please prepare your own personal medications. For public and personal safety, guests are strictly prohibited from smoking indoors, eating durian, cooking food (except in camping houses), and lighting mosquito coils. If found, the deposit will be fully deducted for repair costs, and additional compensation may be required. They may also be disqualified from future room rentals.
  8. To provide a tranquil environment to enjoy nature, we ensure every guest has appropriate space. Bookings for camper van experiences cannot exceed the maximum number of people for that item. Additional people will be charged under the camping experience item. Please note.
  9. Upon entry, please bring your own personal toiletries: for example: slippers, towels, toothbrush🪥, toothpaste, body wash🧴, shampoo, razor, camping lamp, etc. The storage-type water heater in the camper van bathroom supplies hot water for about 5-6 minutes, with a preheating time of about 20 minutes. 🛀🛀
  10. In the campsite area, campers must be self-disciplined, dress neatly, and do not be nude.
  11. The campsite environment adopts natural ecological management, with rural flavors (field smells), rural customs (firecrackers during festivals), and inevitably insects like snakes, bugs, rats, ants, and cats and dogs may appear. Please prepare your own mosquito repellent, mosquito patches, etc. If you mind very much, please think twice.
  12. Each camping participant will be allocated about 200 sq ft of grassland space (day camping about 100 sq ft per person). Staff will mark positions with frisbees, leaving sufficient distance between different campers. Participants must note if their equipment (including guy ropes) will occupy too much space, to avoid exceeding the specified usable area. Do not move the frisbee positions without authorization. If equipment exceeds the frisbee range, even if less than 200 sq ft, Long.Home reserves the right to charge based on 200 sq ft.
  13. Check-in time for camping house experiences and camping experiences is daily 14:30-17:30. Check-in personnel cannot enter or exit the venue from 18:00 to the next morning 10:00. If unwell or urgent matters require leaving, they cannot return. Camper van experience check-in time is daily 16:00-18:00. Camper van cleaning🧹 time is 12:00-16:00. Guests can check in after 15:30. Staying guests must provide their ID card (or passport) and the campsite's online booking confirmation for verification. If payment is not completed, must settle at check-in.
  14. Check-in personnel must leave the venue by noon 12:00 on the departure day. Over time will charge $100 per person per hour, less than one hour counted as one hour.
  15. All facilities in the venue are private property of Long.Home. If damaged by check-in personnel, must compensate at original price.
  16. As the venue may be shared with other guests on the day, actual zoning and space allocation will be arranged. Please follow instructions. (Please assist and yield to each other, privately coordinate sharing, do not monopolize, making it difficult for the host or becoming unwelcome friends. If the host needs to mediate such actions, serious cases will be advised to leave immediately!)
  17. All check-in personnel and vehicle parking spaces must be applied for in advance and paid in full. If the number of check-in personnel and vehicles exceeds the applied number, Long.Home reserves the right not to increase camping spots or parking spaces.
  18. Vehicles must park in designated positions. When parking, must follow staff instructions to drive slowly and park in reserved positions. Cannot leave before the scheduled departure time, nor drive arbitrarily on the grassland. If any accident or damage to any facilities occurs, the driver will be fully responsible. Vehicles must park in designated positions. Unauthorized driving onto the grassland without approval incurs a fine of $1000.
  19. Please supervise the safety of accompanying children. If any accident occurs with children in the venue, Long.Home will not bear any responsibility.
  20. Parents must discipline and supervise accompanying children, not affecting other check-in personnel. If complaints are received and advice is ineffective, Long.Home will ask undisciplined persons to leave immediately, without any refund.
  21. If lighting firewood on the grassland, must use a fire pit and fire mat. If the grassland is damaged for any reason, Long.Home will charge HK$500 per square foot.
  22. If smoking is necessary, please do so outdoors. Campers do not want second-hand smoke. Please note cigarette butts and ashes, do not litter garbage or cigarette butts randomly.
  23. Do not bring prohibited items, flammable or explosive items (such as firecrackers and fireworks), or other dangerous items into the campsite.
  24. Do not light birthday candles on beds to avoid fire alarms leading to public and personal dangers or compensation for losses.
  25. Any mosquito coils and insect repellents must have a base support. Mosquito coil ashes should not fall randomly on the ground, and sulfur is strictly prohibited.
  26. After 10:00 PM, all campers must keep quiet to avoid disturbing others:
  • Due to nearby residences outside the venue, please start keeping quiet after 10:00 PM at night to not disturb the quiet life of residents.
  • No loud music playback, karaoke activities / mahjong games / outdoor projectors / shouting / gambling activities, etc. / Do not trespass and trample areas outside the venue / Do not randomly pick plants, branches, and crops / Do not randomly feed animals inside and outside the venue.
  • Even on festive days, balance with residents' daily routines.
  • If complaints are received and advice is ineffective, Long.Home will ask undisciplined persons to leave immediately, without any refund.
  1. Rented camping equipment must be set up, cleaned, and packed back into original packaging, returned intact to Long.Home. Any loss or damage will require compensation at price or deduction from deposit.
  2. [Important] Kitchen waste disposal must follow the methods we provide to ensure the villagers' septic tank is not overloaded.
    The venue provides simple toilet facilities, but please keep them clean to avoid affecting other campers (no staff will provide immediate cleaning services).
    b. The water supply sink provides water for washing, but please keep the drain smooth. If clogged, [there will not be] immediate staff handling to avoid affecting other campers.
    c. Campers must arrive and leave the campsite at the specified time. If needing to delay check-in or leave early, must notify the campsite staff in advance.
  3. Cooking is strictly prohibited inside camper vans. High-voltage appliances such as induction cookers are not allowed in the campsite.
  4. Do not enter the office area or storage room without authorization.
  5. Keep personal belongings safe. Any loss or damage is your own responsibility.
  6. Please respect other guests and staff in the campsite. Use civilized language, do not engage in any dangerous or destructive behavior, and do not pick plants and fruit trees in the garden randomly.
  7. Long.Home reserves all rights to changes in venue arrangements, including canceling bookings and facility rentals.
