- Pet-friendly RVs welcome any pets weighing 20kg or less, with gentle temperament and no diseases. Maximum 2 pets per RV. Each pet costs $100. Must apply in advance if bringing pets.
- Guests bringing pets must proactively clean up their pet's waste.
- Guests' pets must wear a collar and leash when in guest activity areas, and must not be allowed to roam freely to avoid conflicts with other animals or getting lost.
- Pets can sleep on the floor of tents and RVs; owners must provide their own pet mats.
- Owners please be self-disciplined; do not let pets defecate anywhere, dirty tents and RVs, or dig holes in our grassland. Pets must defecate outdoors, and owners must clean up thoroughly.

Due to the venue being an outdoor environment guests must protect themselves and prepare anti-mosquito and insect measures!!
Participants must carefully read the venue rules before confirming the booking. Once the booking is successful, it will be deemed that they have clearly read and agreed to the relevant venue rules.
- All paid fees are non-refundable or non-changeable in purpose.
- Pet camper vans, camping hut experiences, and tent camping projects welcome any pets weighing 20kg or below, with gentle temperament and no diseases. Maximum 2 pets per vehicle. Each pet costs $100. If bringing pets into the camp, must apply in advance.
- Guests bringing pets must proactively clean up their pets' excrement. If any pet owner is found deliberately not handling it, Dragon.Home will charge HKD$500 as cleaning fee. If any accident occurs to the pet in the venue, Dragon.Home will not bear any responsibility.
- Guests' pets, when active in guest activity areas, must wear collars and leashes and must not be allowed to roam freely to avoid conflicts with other animals or getting lost.
- Pets can sleep on the floor of tents and camper vans; owners must provide their own pet sleeping mats.
- Owners please be self-disciplined; do not let pets urinate/defecate anywhere, dirty tents and camper vans inside, or dig holes in our grassland. Pets must defecate outdoors, and owners must clean up thoroughly.
- This campsite is located in the New Territories suburbs; guests please prepare their own personal medications. For public and personal safety, guests are strictly prohibited from smoking indoors, eating durian, cooking food (except in camping huts), and burning mosquito coils. If found, the deposit will be fully deducted for repair costs, additional compensation may be required, and future room rental eligibility will be canceled.
- To provide a tranquil environment to enjoy nature, we ensure every guest enjoys appropriate space. Camper van experience bookings cannot exceed the maximum number for that item; additional people will be charged as camping experience items, please note.
- Upon entering the camp, guests please bring their own personal toiletries: e.g., slippers, towels, toothbrush🪥, toothpaste, shower gel🧴, shampoo, razor, camping light, etc. The storage water heater in the camper van bathroom supplies hot water for about 5-6 minutes, with preheat time about 20 minutes. 🛀🛀
- Within the campsite area, campers must be self-disciplined and dress neatly; no nudity.
- The campsite environment adopts natural ecological management, with rural flavor (field smells), township customs (firecrackers during festivals), and inevitably insects like snakes, bugs, rats, ants, and cats/dogs may appear. Guests please prepare mosquito repellent, patches, etc.; if very sensitive, please think twice.
- Each camping entrant will be allocated about 200 sq ft grassland space (day camp about 100 sq ft per person). Staff will use frisbees to mark positions, with sufficient spacing between different campers. Participants must ensure their equipment (including guy ropes) does not occupy excessive space to avoid exceeding the marked usable area; do not move frisbee positions arbitrarily. If equipment exceeds the frisbee range, even if less than 200 sq ft, Dragon.Home reserves the right to charge for 200 sq ft.
- Camping hut and camping experience check-in time is daily 14:30-17:30. Entrants cannot enter/exit the venue from 18:00 to next day 10:00 AM. If unwell or emergency requires leaving, cannot return to camp. Camper van experience check-in is daily 16:00-18:00; camper van cleaning🧹 time is 12:00-16:00. Guests can check-in from 15:30. Staying guests must provide personal ID (or passport) and campsite online booking confirmation for verification. If payment not completed, must settle upon check-in.
- Entrants must leave the venue by 12:00 noon on the departure day. Overtime will be charged $100 per person per hour; less than one hour counts as one hour.
- All facilities in the venue are private property of Dragon.Home; if damaged by entrants, must compensate at original price.
- If the venue has other guests on the day, actual zoning and space allocation will be arranged; please follow instructions. (Please assist each other politely, coordinate sharing privately, do not occupy exclusively, making it difficult for the host and becoming unpopular friends. If host needs to mediate such actions, severe cases will be advised to leave immediately!)
- All entrants and vehicle parking spots require advance application and payment completion. If entrant numbers and vehicles exceed the application, Dragon.Home reserves the right not to add camping spots or parking spaces.
- Vehicles must park in designated positions. When parking, follow staff instructions for slow driving and park in reserved spots. Cannot leave before scheduled departure time, nor drive arbitrarily on the grass. If accident occurs or any facility damaged, driver is fully responsible. Unauthorized driving on grass requires $1000 compensation.
- Please supervise accompanying children's safety; if any accident to children in the venue, Dragon.Home will not bear any responsibility.
- Parents must discipline and supervise accompanying children well, without affecting other entrants. If complaints received and admonition ineffective, Dragon.Home will ask undisciplined persons to leave immediately, with no refund.
- If lighting firewood on the grass, must use fire pit and fireproof mat. Regardless of reason for grass damage, Dragon.Home will charge HK$500 per square foot.
- If needing to smoke, please do so outdoors. Campers do not wish to inhale second-hand smoke; please mind cigarette butts and ash, do not litter garbage or butts randomly.
- Do not bring prohibited items, flammable/explosive items (e.g., firecrackers and fireworks) or other dangerous items into the campsite.
- Do not light birthday candles on beds to avoid triggering fire alarms leading to public/personal danger or compensation losses.
- Any mosquito coils and insect repellents must have base support; do not let mosquito coil ash fall randomly on the ground, and sulfur is strictly prohibited.
- After 10:00 PM, all campers must keep quiet to avoid disturbing others:
- Due to nearby residences outside the venue area, after 10:00 PM, please keep quiet and do not disturb residents' peaceful life.
- Not recommended: loud music playback and karaoke activities / mahjong gaming / outdoor projectors / shouting / gambling activities etc. / Do not trespass or trample areas outside the venue / Do not randomly pick any plants, branches, or crops / Do not randomly feed animals inside or outside the venue.
- Even on universal festive days, balance with residents' daily living habits.
- If complaints received and admonition ineffective, Dragon.Home will ask undisciplined persons to leave immediately, with no refund.
- Rented camping equipment must be self-assembled, cleaned, and packed back into original packaging, returned intact to Dragon.Home. Any loss or damage requires compensation at price or deposit deduction.
- 【Important】 Kitchen waste handling must strictly follow our provided method to avoid overloading villagers' septic tanks.
The venue provides simple toilet facilities; friends please be self-disciplined to keep clean, avoiding impact on other campers' use (venue has no staff for instant cleaning service).
b. Water supply sinks provide water for washing; please keep drains clear. If clogged, there [will not be immediate] staff handling to avoid affecting other campers.
c. Campers must arrive and leave the campsite at specified times. For delayed check-in or early departure, must notify campsite staff in advance. - Strictly no cooking inside camper vans; high-power appliances like induction cookers etc. are not allowed in the campsite.
- Do not enter office area or storage room without permission.
- Safeguard personal belongings; any loss or damage is own responsibility.
- Please respect other guests and staff in the campsite, use civilized language, avoid any dangerous or destructive behavior, and do not randomly pick plants or fruit trees in the garden.
- Dragon.Home reserves all rights regarding venue arrangement changes, including canceling bookings and facility rentals.
*If violating campsite rules or engaging in other illegal or excessive behavior, campsite staff have absolute authority to decide all handling matters. Paid fees are non-refundable, and they will be immediately blacklisted, no objections allowed.*
